Job Responsibilities: Customer Support Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 a month
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Working hours: 8 Hours
Education requirements: Bachelor’s Degree
The responsibility includes:
- Onboarding the customers
- Provide training to the clients on the new product features
- Attending to customer queries over phone and providing solutions
- Act as initial point of contact for all product support requests
- Follow-ups and escalations for issue resolution with appropriate teams and authority
- The candidate should be able to resolve the customer issues quicky and promptly
- Professional commitment to high quality, and a passion for learning new skills.
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts and technologies.
- Must be a strong team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
