Job Responsibilities: Customer Success
Salary: ₹25,000 a month
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Age: 18 years or above
- Understand the goals & objectives of new customers and translate those needs appropriately through the implementation and onboarding process.
- Collaborate closely with team members, supporting renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for the on-boarding of new customers, and product training.
- Work closely with clients and their teams to fully integrate Hiver into their email workflows.
- Train clients on the best practices of Hiver, and provide progressive guidance throughout the implementation process.
- Promote a “customer first” environment at all times.
- Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform.
- Track and hit key onboarding milestones.
- 0-5 years experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and proven problem-solving skills required.
- Customer-first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty.
