Job Details
- Maintaining all the Keys and Opening and Closing of office before and after the other staff.
- Cleaning, Mopping and maintaining the complete office neatly.
- Maintaining the attendance of the employees
- Maintaining the stationary and pantry completely.
- Have to put tea/coffee and provide to the staffs at the recommended timing.
- Delivery and procurement of materials by travelling to the desired locations as and when needed all over the country.
- Support all the needs of other staffs as and when required accordingly.
- Preventing the tailgating of any other intruders without permission in to the office premises.
- Should neatly dressed and presentable
