Job Responsibilities: Customer Support Advocate

About the Role

This role is part of the Customer Operations team and involves direct communication with our customers via email and phone. We are growing quickly, and the day-to-day responsibilities will evolve as the company grows. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with everyone in the company, including leadership, to help design and operationalize processes that will drive customer satisfaction and retention. At this time, we are looking at applicants who are located in India.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via email and phone in a timely manner
  • Oversee and drive improvement in our time to first response, average resolution time, customer satisfaction (CSAT) score and other key performance indicators
  • Identify product related trends in our support tickets and work with the engineering team to implement solutions
  • Collaborate with Head of Customer Operations and Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

Qualifications

  • BA/BS
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Support or Customer Success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on active listening
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and design processes that drive high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to be self-directed and operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
  • Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills
