We’re looking for a consumer service professional to join our team and solve Nike’s most complex consumer related issues. This role is of paramount importance for the Nike brand and its consumers. We respond to critical issues listen to consumer sentiment and provide insightful feedback for process improvement. You will need to possess high levels of empathy and shown problem-solving skills.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you we will be working with consumers internal teams and external partners. You will respond efficiently accurately and professionally to raised issues from a variety of channels. You will also collect trending consumer data seek to remove consumer friction and advise key partners when complex issues arise. Simply put we are the voice of our consumer.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll be the highest level of support that Nike has to offer. This role will report to the North America Service Support Manager. You will be provided daily support to a diverse group of peers including our specialist social and vendor teams. These teams will appreciate your calming influence along with your best-in-class process knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or combination of relevant education experience and training
- 2 years experience in a professional business environment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service Retail or Sales including 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong customer service skills will be essential including experience with advanced customer service issues
- Outstanding problem solving decision making
- Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently within a diverse team environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and know a bit about CRM tools
- Experience using and/or knowledge of all Nike Apps is also beneficial
Open to remote work except cannot work in South Dakota Vermont and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate. For employees based in Colorado this position starts at $48000 per year. Information about benefits can be found here.
