Job Responsibilities: Customer Care Executive

Requirements:

  • Can converse fluently in Hindi and English.
  • Must have a laptop and workable internet connection,
  • Should be able to work in any CRM and any kind of Cloud telephony software.
  • Should be able to enter data accurately into the computer and create reports in MS Excel/MS Word.
  • Good time-management skills and integrity
  • Great interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
