Job Responsibilities: Customer Care Executive
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 a month

- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Can converse fluently in Hindi and English.
- Must have a laptop and workable internet connection,
- Should be able to work in any CRM and any kind of Cloud telephony software.
- Should be able to enter data accurately into the computer and create reports in MS Excel/MS Word.
- Good time-management skills and integrity
- Great interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
