- Answer the customer calls professionally to provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Forward the calls to the concern Service representative through CRM.
- Opening CRM Installation / Breakdown / PM calls.
- Generate Installation calls within 24 hours from the actual dispatch from the store.
- Take Pan India customer feedback in given time line frame about the service provided
- Enter feedback detailes in CRM.
- Fortnight meeting with reporting manager.
