- Respond to alerts and tickets in a timely manner and meet deadlines consistently.
- Review data for errors and correct any incompatibilities and generate reports.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in data entry
- Very good at gathering information from the Internet.
- Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets ( Excel, Google Sheets etc.)
- Basic understanding of databases.
