Job Responsibilities:
- Work with FP&A lead to support Long term and Annual Planning to build cost models
- Work to build Zero Base Budgets for Home Office Overheads along with all functional leads
- Build monthly / quarterly forecast for the business vs Plan post alignment with all stakeholders
- Track / monitor business performance on regular basis and interact with relevant functions to understand performance for the period and build variance analysis vs Plan and Last Year
- Publish flash P&L for the month to leadership team
- Monthly performance analysis & reporting (PL, BS & CFS) for Leadership reviews & Corporate Planning team(s)
- Work on dashboards & presentations for Management reviews at varying frequency
- Detailed Overhead and Capex analysis & reporting for the period
- Insightful MIS – Drive insightful MIS across various aspects of business including industry benchmarking
- Ensure timelines and quality of all the reports
