Day to day duties and tasks
- Support students individually in their online learning experience and acting as a point of contact to address their issues and give prompt information.
- Adopt teaching strategies in accordance with the students feedback.
- Monitoring students progress and prompt interventions.
- Respond to their chats/ calls and queries.
- Building database of activities, programs, opportunities, organisations and individuals to provide extra support to students.
- Continues Assessment of students progress, performance and correct assignments
- Co-ordinate with other academic team members to ensure that company standards and norms are being met
