Customer Support Executive (Remote)
We are looking for a customer service executive to join our team and answer questions and requests from our customers. The responsibilities of the customer service executive include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our services. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken with a professional demeanor and strong customer service and computer skills.
- Handle customer queries over chat and calls
- Coordinate with vendors & delivery partners on a daily basis
- Taking orders and processing billings and payments.
- Collect customer feedback & share it with the team
- Handling customer complaints and processing returns effectively.
