Role includes:

  • Handle customer queries over chat and calls
  • Coordinate with vendors & delivery partners on a daily basis
  • Taking orders and processing billings and payments.
  • Collect customer feedback & share it with the team
  • Handling customer complaints and processing returns effectively.
