We are looking for someone who can do

1. Any customer service related work

2. Need to chat online with customers and work on emails

3. Resolving customer enquiries

4.Contact them and do follow ups

5.Customer service duties on various platforms

3. Person should be sales driven while performing customer service duties.

For sales

1. Target driven sales

2. Follow up calls and try to up sale

3. Cold Calling

6. Any other work given by management.

Our requirements –

1. We would need at least 7 year experience in customer service role.

2. We would need at least 6 year experience in sales role or similar role.

3. We need sincere employee who understands and takes his/her role seriously.

4.Needs to have their own computer or laptop.

5.Must have good English Communication skills.

4. Can join us ASAP

5. Computer and internet access from home.

7. Working hours – Monday to Friday – 4am to 2pm & Saturday – 6am am to 12pm

Salary: ₹25000.00 – ₹30000.00 per month
