- Serves as a support resource to assist sales in the handling of Customer affecting service issues.
- Investigates and resolves outages and other issues affecting the quality of service
- Proactively escalates by phone, following up by email, through the appropriate hierarchical structures.
- Provides status and updates to the Customer, sales, and service management leadership.
- Ability to work under pressure for extended periods of time.
- Needs to be organized and have the ability to multi-task
- Should have critical thought process and decision making capability with focus on accuracy.
