Job Responsibilities: Customer Support Specialist

What you will be doing

  • Addressing parents’ questions or concerns about the program via call or email
  • Coordinating logistics with students and parents so both parties have a smooth, fantastic experience when students start the program
  • Writing FAQs and documenting responses so that your team has all the answers at their fingertips before their call begins

What you won’t be doing

  • Making admissions decisions or reviewing applications
  • Performing platform maintenance or technical troubleshooting
  • Interacting with parents who are not interested in our program

Customer Support Specialist key responsibilities

  • Guide the parents of gifted and talented students through gt. school’s onboarding process

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • First-hand experience with the challenges of being a Gifted & Talented student (either as a parent or a student)
  • Excitement about helping children achieve their full potential
