Primary Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a newly created opening with our Emmes FlexForce program and is focused on the recruiting of highly skilled part-time talent in all professional areas of Emmes. This opportunity is anticipated to be an ideal position for the selected hire to play a key role in shaping how Emmes finds and attracts talent to our growing workforce. The Talent Acquisition Specialist holds accountability for working with leadership to build out key talent programs including the internships programs and strategic staffing for targeted regions of part-time growth.


  • Works with the FlexForce Program Manager to partner on key programs to attract and recruit highly skilled qualified and diverse talent via internships and other strategic sourcing initiatives for growth regions
  • Partner with Emmes marketing function and effectively utilize proactive communication channels to build positive relationships with all levels of the organization in a fast-paced client service driven environment
  • Participates in meetings to facilitate technical training needs for incoming part-time staff and makes recommendations aligned with projected hiring
  • Review and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage part-time candidate records throughout the recruitment cycle, ensuring records are accurately updated and/or dispositioned during each phase
  • Coordinate interview details including providing a high level of responsiveness, communication, and follow-up for interview scheduling activities including travel arrangements and expenses
  • Organize and align complex calendars and time zones to schedule interviews and meetings
  • Manage written and verbal communications with part-time candidates throughout the interview process
